The payroll period of Del Taco is two work weeks long or bi-weekly and payday is on Tuesday of the week following the end of the payroll period. You will be receive paper paycheck on payday unless you select to have your paychecks directly deposited into your bank accounts. To access all benefits information, you can log into your account from the log in form on the Del Taco HR benefits focus website.

Access Pay Stubs and W2s

All employees are encouraged to access their pay stubs and W2s online. Your pay stubs and W2s in one place named ADP iPay. The following instructions will be help you to access ADP portal.
1. Visit to the ADP iPay statement web site (see Resource).
2. You can also go directly to the login page provided by your Human Resource office.
3. Login with your user name and password. You can save or print your pay stubs and W2s when log in.
4. If you are new user, you will need to create new user name and password.
5. Click “Register Now” button.
6. Enter the Del Taco ADP registration pass code provided by your Human Resource office.
7. Click “Next”
8. Verify your Identity with Name, SSN, DOB etc. Click Next.
9. Enter your contact information with valid email ID and phone number, Click Next.
10. Select and answer some security questions, click Next
11. Establish a password, you will also see your user ID in this steps, click Submit.
12. Log in again with your user ID and password.

Sodexo Pay Stubs & W2s

Sodexo is one of the world largest multinational services company with 428,000 employees. Basically the company provides a wide range of service including food service and facility management. In USA, there have been lots of active services sites including 9 boycotts. By the way, the company support electronic pay options for their employee and also offer an employee self-service web portal where you will access your pay statement and year-end tax statement, manage direct deposits, update contact information etc. According to Sodexo payroll policy, payroll is process weekly or bi-weekly for Sodexo employee and your paycheck will be electronically deposited directly into your checking or savings account. To receive electronically, you must complete a direct deposit form with a voided check or savings account statement. If you sign up for direct deposit you will no longer receive a paper statement. You must follow the following instructions-

Retrieve Pay Stubs and W2s

Use ADP iPay portal to view and print your pay statement on each payday, and new tax statement will be available by the last week of January. Please review your pay statement and year-end tax statement, then if you have questions concerning why deductions ware made from your paycheck, contact at 877 PAYSDXO (877 729 7396). Access in the following way-
1. Go to the ADP iPay portal (see Resource)
2. Log in with your user ID and password.
3. If you are first time user, click on “REGISTER” button.
4. Enter your registration pass code: SODEXO-SODEXO ( or you have already receive via email)
5. click next
6. Click on Yes button on Window
7. Complete all the details required on this screen when you select “yes” button including verify your identity and enter personal information, establish user ID and password, setup security questions etc.
8. Click on go paperless options.
9. Set up email notification.
10. Once available of your new pay statement and W2, then you will receive an email alert. And login with your user ID and password to access.

RGIS Pay Stubs & W2s

If you are an employee of RGIS llc, this article will discuss about your payroll system, direct deposit program, how to retrieve your pay stub online, how to retrieve your w2 online and Resource. At first your payroll and direct deposit: Rgis provides an option for employee to sign up for the direct deposit program. The direct deposit sign up form are available on Human Resource office and self-service website. Basically direct deposit goes into your bank account the day before paper paychecks are handed out. For regular employees, the normal pay period is bi-weekly.

Access Pay stub online
RGIS offers electronic pay statement availability, which will allow you to register and access your pay statement via the internet. To register and view/print your pay statement online, follow the step by step instructions-
1. Go to Paperless Employee self-service portal for RGIS (see Resource)
2. Click the “Create an account” button.
3. Enter all the details required to complete the “create an account” process. It is six steps including establish your own unique user ID, password. Verify your Identity with personal information. Setup security question and answer all the question you select.
4. After you create your user ID and password, log in using the user ID and password you set up.
5. Now you will have the option to view and print your pay statement.

Access W2 online
RGIS also offers W2 online for all employees, in general electronic W2s are free of charge and can be access at any time. New W2 will be available in the last week of January at ADP W2 self-service portal. You will receive your w2 approximately 3 business day sooner. If you do not have internet access, your will be mailed no later than 31 January. To access online follow the step by step instruction-
1. Go to the w2.adp.com
2. Log in with your user ID and password.
3. If you are first time user, click on “REGISTER” button.
4. Enter your RGIS registration code: rgisllc-w2 click next
5. Click on Yes button on Window
6. Complete all the details required on this screen when you select “yes” button including verify your identity and enter personal information, establish user ID and password, setup security questions etc.
7. Click on W2 service go paperless options.
8. Set up email notification.
9. Once available of your new W2, then you will receive an email alert. And login with your user ID and password to access.

Sears Holdings Pay Stub & W2s

Sears Holdings has established a MyHR self-service web portal where employee will be able in convenient and safe way to access pay stubs and other information. It is an American holding company that operates more than 1.5k retail stores in the United States. However, there are two types of employee 1) hourly employee and 2) salaried employee. If you are an hourly employee you will be paid bi-weekly unless required by state low. Your pay period run from Sunday through Saturday and pay day is Thursday (for direct deposit) or Friday (paper paychecks) following the end of each pay period. All hourly employee are responsible for checking their own pay statement on the normal scheduled pay day. Pay statements or pay stub will be available at 88 sears on each payday. If you are salaried employee, you will paid semi-monthly and your pay period run from 1st day of month through 15th day of month and 16th to last day of month.

Access Pay stubs
To access your pay stub online, login to: https://hr.searshc.com/aos/logon.do.
The login page will ask you for your Enterprise/LDAP user name and password. If you are first time user, you must reset your temporary password.
Once logged in, you will be able to view your pay stub online.

Access W2s
Each year, Sears Holdings is required to compile information regarding your earning and withholding for tax purpose. This information is described on a W-2 form and the W-2 form will be available online at end of January. You will access your W2 online at www.mytaxform.com.
Go to this web portal, and enter SEARS in the employer name field, and select your company name and complete login or registration process with required information.

Walgreen Pay Stubs & W2s Online

Walgreen is a well-known pharmacy store chain in the United State who provides its employee with a broad range of benefits. By the way, Walgreen’s payroll period is bi-weekly and when a pay day falls on a weekend day or holiday, the payment will be issue in the preceding business day. To get early, all employees are encourages to setup directly deposit into bank account. The company utilizes a self-service portal where current and former employees will go to see their pay stubs and their W2s online. Your Pay stub itemizes your gross pay, net pay, social security deductions and all other deductions as required under federal law. Employees are also encouraged to review their pay stubs and if you believe there is an error in your pay, please bring the matter to attention of Walgreen payroll department or call at 1-847-527-5370 immediately.

View and Print Pay stubs

As an employee of Walgreen, you will be receive an authenticator ID and password from payroll department. If you have not already received, you need contact with store manager or payroll department.

2. Go to “About Me” menu under About me tab.

4. Select pay stub, your pay stub is arranged by date.

View and Print W2s

If you are former employee, you have no right to use the online service after 45 days of your termination. You must contact with your former store manager or payroll department. But if you are current employee, just log in to the Walgreen self-service portal with your Authenticator ID and password then follow the following steps-
1. Click on “Payroll” under “About Me Menu”

If you are employed by Spirit Halloween or spencer gifts (parent company), you have an option to view and print your pay stub online in each payroll period and at year-end, your tax statement will be available online to view and print. Basically, Sprit Halloween is the number one seasonal Halloween retailer in the USA and Canada. It is operate during the Halloween season for 3 months. So if you are a seasonal or temporary worker, you will access your pay stub and w2 online. Sprit Halloween pay day are Monday, but you can receive your earning at Friday night with direct deposit and pay stub will be available at the same time in the iPay self-service portal. If you are new hired, your first pay will be a paper pay check.

How to Access ADP’s iPay self-service?

It is simple, just go to the https://ipay.adp.com website, and log in with your user name and password. Your user name is your first initial and last name@spencerllc. For example: your name is Alicia Buck then your user name is abuck@spencerllc. But if you are first time user, you need to follow the following steps-

1. Visit to the adp’s iPay portal (https://ipay.adp.com)
2. Then click the REGISTER NOW button.
3. Then enter the Registration code: Spencerllc-ipay
4. Click on Next
5. Do you want to set up an account with Spencer Gifts LLC? Select Yes
6. Verify your identity with name, SSN and captcha test, click Next

Panda express known as a first casual restaurant chain who’ve been making and serving a variety of Chinese cuisine inspired dishes. However, if you are employed by this company including (panda restaurant group, panda inn, panda express and Hibachi San), then you’ve an option to view your check stubs and W2s in private and secure portal on adp and mytaxform website. The portal uses encryption technology, so your information will be secure. The company’s standard pay period is bi-weekly. So you’ll get paid twice a month. Each payroll period, pay stub information and earning history will be available on ADP’s iPay portal. At last week of January (year-end), an electronic copy of your tax statement will be posted on mytaxform web portal and this copy will be available for at least five years on this portal.

ADP’s iPay uses instruction
To access and use the ADP’s iPay portal, you need internet access. If you want to access with your mobile phone, you can use iPay android app. It is available on play store and iTunes. The first time you log in to iPay portal you will need follow the following steps.
1. Visit to the adp’s iPay portal (https://ipay.adp.com/iPay/login.jsf)
2. Then click the REGISTER NOW button.
3. Then enter the Registration code: pandarg-check

How to Access TeleTech Pay Stubs & W2s Online

Active Employee can go to the oracle self service portal to receive electronic pay stubs and W2s. If you are terminated employee and you have passed 45 days from your termination date, you should go to the ADP’s iPay self service portal to retrieve your prior pay stubs and W2s online. For access to the ADP’s iPay site (see Resource), please give your consent. Basically, oracle employee self service does not allow former employee but you will be able to access your pay stubs via oracle self service portal up to 45 days following your termination date.

Active Employee:
Oracle employee self service (see Resource) is allowing you to easily retrieve your payroll information. It is accessible from anyplace at any suitable time even if you are in abroad. Consent to receive your pay statements and w2s in electronic format-
1. Go to oracle website (see Resource)
2. Log into this system with user name and password.
3. If you are new to this system, please contact with your HR representative
4. Once consent is given, you will be able to view and print.
5. Or call 1.866.835.3832 for help.

Terminated Employee:
Terminated employee can choose to receive his/her w2 online. Your W2 will be distributed to your mailing address during the final week of January. But your W2will remain online for at least 5 years. Consent to receive your pay statements and w2s in online-
1. Log into my ADP portal (see Resource)
2. Click on first time user? Register button
3. Enter the registration code- TTH1-IPAY2
4. Complete registration process with required information
5. Once complete, you will see when available.
6. You can setup email and text notification option to receive notification when available.

Bombardier Pay Stub

Bombardier is a Fortune global 500 company that provide aerospace and transportation service worldwide. The company offers electronic pay stubs for us and Canadian employees. All employees of Bombardier (US and Canada) may now view all of their pay stubs through this portal. The paperless pay portal is a secure web based solution that provides 24-hour access to view and print current and past pay stubs from anywhere and at anytime. All employees need to set up their accounts as soon as possible. Your online pay stubs will be available to view and print up to 24 hours prior to the actual pay date, although funds will not be in your account until the actual pay date. The following introduction will guide you through the initial sign in process.

To access your pay stub via the online

To initial signup you will need to have your social security number and PIN. There are few tasks that you need to do upon entering the system. At first, employees must be identifying paperless pay web portal for Bombardier. It’s critical that the web address be typed in correctly or you will not be able to gain access to your stubs. So see Resource and click suggested link to access without type address in address bar.

Once you are at the website for your company (access by Resource suggested link”, click on “Click Here to Login” in the center of the screen.

The LOG IN screen is the next screen to display when accessing the paperless pay online systems. Enter your social security number without dashes. This is not asking your Bombardier employee ID. Click Continue.

Once entered your social security number, then you will be asked for your PIN NUMBER. Ask your employer for PIN number. If you are returning user, you have five attempts to key the correct PIN. If you forget, click on the “Forget your PIN”.

During initial sign-in, you must complete risk based authentication and change your default password. So click on Enroll Now button in the Risk based authentication window to upgrade security and keep your information safe.

After selecting the Enroll Now link, a new page will open. This is six steps-
1. Remember this computer…. Would you like us to remember this computer? 1st steps will ask you to remember your computer for next time login, so if you would like remember you computer select “Yes” and click “Continue” button. Otherwise select No and continue.
2. Personal security image; in the next screen, you should setup a security image, you may use arrow button to change image. Click on Continue.
3. Security Questions; in the 3rd steps, you must select six security question from drop down list and provide answer you will remember then click Continue.
4. Contact Information Phone/Email; in the 4th steps, add your Phone and email address. If you have sign up for Alert option, you will be notified by email and text messages that you have a new pay stub available in the portal to be viewed.
1. Review security selection; last steps will review all of steps security questions and your response. So ensure that you have answered all questions by enter continue button.
Once completed the risk based authentication enrollment process, the next window will prompted to change your initial PIN. So key your initial PIN at first and enter new PIN two times. It must be at least 8 digits, but no more than 16 digits, please create a string that is easy for you to remember.

Once initial sign in process has complete, you will see the main screen which is organized by tabs.

To print your current pay stub, select Print Pay Stub from the Main Menu. When your pay stub is displayed on the screen, there is a print icon at the top left hand corner of the pay stubs. If you are having trouble viewing your pay stubs, you may need to update adobe acrobat.

To view past pay stub, select the Pay History. Select the desired pay date using a drop-down box. To view your current pay information, select PayStub Details. If there is an incorrect amount paid to you then you must contact your manager or supervisor. If there is an amount missing from your pay stub or if you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact TALX paperless pay online client support center (click here).

You can change your password periodically by going to the Personal Information or My Account tab on the Main Menu. Under the My Account screen, go to the “Security” section and then click “Change PIN”. PIN must be an 8 – 16 digit number only.

SFN Group Paperless Pay

If you are not already aware, SFN Group has joined to the paperless pay programs that give employees the choice between receiving their wages by direct deposit or on a payroll card. Employees will no longer receive a printed Direct Deposit Slip. All employees must enroll in the Paperless Pay program. If you have not yet enrolled, SFN Group Encourage to you to enroll today at paperless pay program by following way, where you will see your last two pay periods online

Online

There are few tasks that you need to do upon entering the system. At first, employees must be paid through the TALX paperless pay system at least once in order to register. This is so the website can verify a user’s employment before giving them access to the site.

Employees will go to the paperless pay communication portal for SFN Group, see Resource.

Some of you may be asked to enter the EMPLOYER CODE. If so, please enter 10480.

Most of you will be taken directly to the screen that asks for your EMPLOYEE I.D.

Once there, the employee will click “Click Here to Login”

Once this is selected the employee will be directed to the “Login Screen” your Social Security Number without the dashes has to be entered. This is NOT asking for your SFN Group id number. Click Continue.

Once entered your Social Security Number, Then you will be asked for your PIN NUMBER. Please ask your Human Resource for your temporary PIN NUMBER if you are first time user. So enter your PIN number and click Login button. If you are returning user, you have five attempts to key the correct PIN. If you forget, click on the “Forget your PIN”.

Next screen will show risk based authentication for new user. So click on Enroll Now button to upgrade security and keep your information safe.
